Hardwood Wall Art

For over five decades, I have dedicated my life to transforming wood into bold, modern art. My work fuses exotic and domestic hardwoods with sculptural forms, curved laminations, and unexpected materials like diamond plate metal and colored acrylic. The result is a collection of wall art and functional pieces that celebrate both movement and material.

Drawing on my design background from the University of California, Davis, I approach each piece with an emphasis on architectural lines, organic flow, and meticulous craftsmanship. My work has been featured in some of the most prestigious craft venues in the country, including the Smithsonian Craft Show, the Philadelphia Museum Craft Show, and American Craft Council shows in San Francisco and Baltimore.

From large-scale sculptural wall installations to sculpted game tables and cutting boards, every piece I create reflects a deep respect for natural materials and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of contemporary woodworking. My current focus includes integrating wood, metal, and acrylic into ultra-minimal, yet visually striking, compositions designed for modern spaces.
